Wondering what to read this weekend?

  • read

These days, the sun is just BEGGING for you to put on some sunnies, head to the park, and crack open the cover of a good book! Need some suggestions? Here are my top three picks:

1. “Thrive” by Ariana Huffington
Calling all workaholics, over-achievers and insomniacs, Ariana dishes out some great life lessons to help restore that thing in our lives we’ve forgotten about: balance. She recounts her personal journey to becoming Co-founder and Editor of the Huffington Post, and reminds us of what’s really important.

2. “Let’s Just Say it Wasn’t Pretty” by Diane Keaton
This is my next book up to bat, and I can’t wait to start reading it! Diane Keaton is as quirky, talented, and witty as they come. This New York Times Best Seller promises a “a candid, hilarious, and deeply affecting look at beauty, aging, and the importance of staying true to yourself—no matter what anyone else thinks.”

3. “The Wisdom of Psychopaths” by Kevin Button
We all have a freak flag – and as it turns out, that’s not such a bad thing! If you’re interested in psychology, work in a creative industry or are incredibly successful in what you do – pick up this highly entertaining book full of fun facts about why it pays to be a little bit psycho. A brilliant read.
