Louis Vuitton ads never fail to get me in the traveling mood. From Angelina Jolie in Cambodia, to Sean Connery in the Bahamas, to the Coppolas in Argentina, their mystical, sun-kissed quality always has me wishing I could pack one of their iconic suitcases and fly off somewhere new. Their latest “Spirit of Travel” campaign continues this tradition. Photographed by Peter Lindbergh and styled by the talented Carine Roitfeld, the campaign features two models, Karen Elson and Edie Cambell, exploring the South African bush with three of LV’s Monogrammed canvas bags in tow: the Speedy, the Keepall, and the Neverfull.
Note: None of the photos showing the models interact with the animals were manipulated in post. But if you don’t believe me, just watch the “making of” video above. You’ll be looking for your passport in no time!
